Mel is a proven Recruitment and Training business professional having developed a successful career with a global staffing organisation before starting her own company, Flexforce Recruitment, in 2005. Experienced in designing and implementing recruitment solutions for a wide range of industry sectors throughout the UK, negotiating flexible service level agreements, fulfilment of volume recruitment projects in addition to smaller specialist requirements. Key Accounts management expertise to encompass service delivery strategy and proven development of business partnerships, through an exceptional level of customer service, with small privately owned companies to global organisations such as Heineken. In addition, Mel also delivers bespoke training to companies across the UK and more recently developed the youth training programme "TalentHound", a new division of Flexforce Recruitment.
Wendy brings more than 15 years of dedicated recruitment experience within the Hereford marketplace with an additional 9 years of working within Personnel and Human Resources for major local employers. Wendy has a good understanding of the efficient utilisation of temporary and permanent labour and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the recruitment process including the challenges of recruiting a variety of skills throughout Herefordshire. Wendy manages all administration, payroll and invoicing functions and is the point of contact for any related queries.
